Task goals To define project validation process.
Procedure
  1. Product Manager: Develops the Validation plan.
  2. Product Manager: If necessary, agrees with the project participants, others than developers, on Validation plan.
  3. Product Manager: Publishes the approved SDP.
  4. Participants: Propose changes.
