Task 6.1.1.1: Plan documentation set

Task goals

To plan project documentation set and define how it should be developed.

Explanations:
• Define which information items should be retained and which not.
• Plan how long the documentation should be retained.
• Plan how to deal with mail: it is recommended to use mail as communication mean and not to retain it. See information item life-cycle description.
• To increase documentation usefulness, provide full—text search facilities.

Procedure
  1. Project manager: Defines the set of project documentation and procedures to develop them.
  2. Project Manager and Developers: Conduct Technical Review of the documentation set. The goal is to have the documentation set cleared with, and confirmed by, the developers.
  3. Project Manager: If necessary, Agrees with the project participants, others than developers, on documentation set.
  4. Participants: Propose changes.
