Task goals		To define overall schedule, detailed iteration plan.
Procedure		Project Manager: Defines project structure. Project Manager: Estimates required resources. Project Manager: Defines development iterations. Project Manager: Get schedule approval. Developers: Prepare group (individual) plans Project Manager: Collects group (individual) plans and prepares detailed iteration plan. Project Manager: Agrees on detailed iteration plan with developers. Project Manager: Assigns tasks to developers. Project Manager: Publishes schedule and plan.
