Task goals To improve project process based on discovered improvement opportunities.
Procedure
  1. Project Manager: Analyses improvement changes with regard to schedule impact, cost, etc.
  2. Project Manager: Agrees on recommended improvements with project participants.
  3. Project Manager: Changes Software development plan.
  4. Project Manager: Publishes Software development plan.
  5. Project Manager: Introduced improvements into practice.
