Task goals To formulate generalized project and product statement for project participants.
Procedure
  1. Product manager: Defines Product Business Requirements (PBS).
  2. Analyst: Develops product business requirements.
  3. Project manager: Defines project scope.
  4. Project Manager: Agrees with the project participants, others than developers, on the PBS.
  5. Project Manager and Developers: Conduct Review of the PBS. The goal is to get a common vision of the product to be developed and the project as whole.
  6. Project Manager: Publishes the approved PBS.
