Task goals To collect and analyze product Change Requests
Procedure
  1. Product manager: Establishes Change requesting procedure.
  2. Product manager: Manages Change requests tracking.
  3. Product manager: Analyzes changes in cost, benefits and the overall impact on the current development plan.
  4. Product manager: Prioritizes the requested changes and proposes ensuing changes in the plan.
  5. Project Manager: Incorporates the accepted requests into the current plan for subsequent implementation.
  6. Project Manager: If necessary, agrees with the customers (sponsors, investors) on the changes in the development plan.
  7. Project Manager: Publishes the updated development plan.
