Activity 5.3.9. Software qualification testing

Task 5.3.9.1 Qualification testing

Task goals

To guarantee, that:

  • Every product business requirement (PBS) is tested against the criteria set in Test plan and
  • Software package is ready to release.
Procedure
  1. Infrastructure manager: Sets the Qualification test environment.
  2. Qualification team: Conducts the qualification
  3. Qualification team manager: Agrees with the Product manager on the qualification test results.
  4. Qualification team manager: Publishes the qualification test results
  5. Product manager: Notifies about the new software release availability.
