Agile life cycle methodology

The goal

UMP allows to minimize efforts necessary to learn and use UMP for project team.

Essentials

The UMP is "light—weighted" but disciplined process based on team agreement. There is no room for anarchy. The democracy is limited: democracy ends up when SDP agreed (maybe after several iteration) or specific problems resolved.

Rationale

The UMP makes much probable for team to replicate successful story. The team will know why and how they succeeded, what can be improved and how to win again. UMP is established process, known, shared and agreed by team members.

The project depends on individual in a minimum level.
